Survivor: Cagayan is the 12th season of Mateo's Survivor Series.

Starting the game off very quiet but on top. Top Dog, Damian Masters, showed his physical and social side to the game. He managed to make the final 2 and win the game in a 6-3 vote against Micah Potts.

Twists

• Three Tribes: The castaways are divided into three tribes of six members each.
• Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty: The division of the tribes is based on the most prominent personal attributes of each castaway: brawn, brains, and beauty.
• Hidden Immunity Idol: While the current format of the Hidden Immunity Idol still applies, an additional Hidden Immunity Idol will be in play post-merge. The said idol is to be used after the votes have been read and can be only used by its finder. 
• Vote Steal: Similar to Survivor: Worlds Apart, a player would get the right to vote twice at the same Tribal Council, but this time while also preventing another player of their choice to vote.
