Survivor: Italy is the 27th season of Mateo's Survivor Series.

Twists

The Colosseum: After being voted out of the game, the player will go to the Colosseum, and grant a curse to a player left in the game.The player will receive a vote from this player at the next tribal council they attend. The first eight players voted out of the game, will stay hidden in the cages at the Colosseum until all members have arrived. They will compete in a tournament style elimination until we have one winner allowing them self back into the game.
Two Returning Player Per Tribe: Four former contestants returned to compete in this season. Four previous players who were voted out pre-jury and deserve another chance to improve their placements. Stephan Gray from Survivor: Blood vs Water, Adrianna Crawford from Survivor: Madagascar, Stefanie Garcia and Alfred Moretti from Survivor: Montserrat returned this season.
