Survivor: Japan is the 13th season of Mateo's Survivor Series.

The season was won by Jakob Mason in a 5-4-1 vote over Eliott Basso and Nathaniel Miller, who chose who won the season once the vote had tied 4-4-1.

Twists

• Hidden Immunity Idols: At each camp, there is one hidden immunity idol hidden.
• Token of Love: Wrapped in an circle wrap is an advantage in the game. This advantage will allow you to spread love throughout the camp with one fellow player. You will grant you and the player of your choice immunity. This is playable up till the final 6. This was found by Myron.
• Token of Anger: Wrapped in an circle wrap is a disadvantage in the game. Whoever finds this will be allowed to spread chaos throughout the camp. They will be able to remove the vote of one other player. This is playable up till the final 6. This was found by Taylor.
• One-Time Exile: During the tribe switch, fourteen people would be assigned to either Kasai or Mizu, leaving one person without a tribe. That person would be sent to future merge camp, where they would be ineligible for the next vote, and would join the losing tribe at the next Reward Challenge.
• Double Tribal Council: On Day 19, both tribes competed for individual immunity for an elimination later that night.
• Early Merge: Similar to Survivor: Cuba, the tribes will be merged with twelve people still in the game.
• Expanded Jury and Final Three: Instead of the conventional Final Two facing the jury of seven, the Day 39 Tribal Council was held with a Final Three facing a nine-person jury.
