Survivor: Leaders vs. Workers vs. Unemployed is the thirty-forth season of Mateo's Survivor Series.

Twists

• Leaders vs. Workers vs. Unemployed: The 18 contestants are divided into three tribes based on their occupations:
  • The Kahuna tribe are the "Leaders", who lead companies, business or organizations.
  • The Hana​​ tribe are the "Workers", who work for the companies, businesses and organizations.
  • The Aina tribe are the "Unemployed", who do not work for any sort of company, business or organization.

• Limited Hidden Immunity Idol: At the beginning of the game, a hidden immunity idol is hanging under each tribe's puzzle. The player(s) who find this idol will be allowed to use it at the first tribal council they attend. They can expand the use of the idol by not voting at tribal council. Each time they do not vote the idol's power increases for two tribals.
