Survivor: Moon Islands is the thirty-fifth season of Mateo's Survivor Series.

Twists

• Moon Islands: Throughout the game, players will be subjected to the "Moon Islands" which is four islands connected. Upon arriving to the Moon Island they must make a choice of which island to stay on. The island they decide to stay holds a power or disadvantage in the game. "Full Moons" give full power to the player. "Half Moons" give the advantage half it's power. The "Black Moons" will be a disadvantage in the game.
• Secret Objective: At the beginning of the game, the tribes were given a parchment to vote for member from their tribe based on first impressions. The player who received the most votes by the tribe would be given a secret task. In which if they complete their given task they would receive an advantage at merge.
• Tribe Switch: On Day 6, the eighteen remaining castaways were spread across two tribes of nine.
• Double Elimination: At one point, the Merged Tribe was subjected to a Double Elimination, where the tribe was divided into two groups of six and two castaways would be eliminated through two separate Tribal Councils on a single night.
• Shortened Finals and Jury: Unlike the new normal of a final 3 and a jury of 9/10. The finals were shortened to two with a jury of seven.
